New API Pricing Update Starting 2024
FBS has simplified developer pricing for the APIs by charging a flat fee of $50 per month per MLS.
Multiple API keys for the same MLS incur only one $50 fee, and developers will only pay per-request charges for very high monthly API request volumes. The majority of developers will not exceed their monthly request quota.
