New API Pricing Update Starting 2024

Spark API pricing currently is based on volume across all MLSs, and we’ve received feedback that many find this pricing confusing as it is inconsistent with the fees most MLSs charge for accessing the data. In response to this feedback, FBS is simplifying developer pricing for the APIs by charging a flat fee of $50 per month per MLS.

Multiple API keys for the same MLS incur only one $50 fee, and developers will only pay per-request charges for very high monthly API request volumes. The majority of developers will not exceed their monthly request quota.

This new pricing will go into effect for developers starting January 1st, 2024 (billed early February). Click here for additional details.
